More Evidence for Vel'Koz Not Being Real

In the wake of the recent posts and evidence about Vel'Koz, there is unfortunately a lot of evidence pointing towards Vel'Koz being a scrapped champion. More evidence has come to light, of the abilities, only 1 of them says Vel'Koz, the rest of them are spelled as Velkoz, hinting that it might be a scrapped champion.
