Vel'Koz Not Real?

An interesting thing that has been brought to light recently is that the Vel'Koz images have the old healthbar, which most likely means one of two things, (a) the champion and it's respective images are fake, (b) This champion was a possible idea but was discarded.

More Evidence for Vel'Koz Not Being Real

In the wake of the recent posts and evidence about Vel'Koz, there is unfortunately a lot of evidence pointing towards Vel'Koz being a scrapped champion. More evidence has come to light, of the abilities, only 1 of them says Vel'Koz, the rest of them are spelled as Velkoz, hinting that it might be a scrapped champion.

Top Ten Top Lane Champions (Patch 4.0)

NOTE: There are in no particular order.

1. Dr.Mundo, the Madman of Zaun.
Dr.Mundo is currently and extremely tanky champion, with his sadism and adrenaline, add Spirit Visage to the combo and you have an extremely powerful tank, there is a good reason why he is either a ban or a pick at the pro levels!

2. Nasus, the Curator of the Sands.
Though not nearly as tanky and Mundo, Nasus is one of the few champions in the League that scale harder than Mundo, currently, his ultimate makes for a terrifying power, some even consider him overpowered.

3. Riven, the Exile
Though Riven will be nerfed next patch, she is still, until that time, the undisputed queen/goddess of OP. (overpowered)

4.  Darius, the Hand of Noxus
Darius has once again been made viable due to increasing his re-use time on Noxian Guillotine to 20 seconds, he is always a great top laner.

5. Rengar, the Pridestalker
Though now a shadow of his former self, Rengar is still a force to be reckoned with in top lane.

6. Jax, Grandmaster at Arms
Jax is always a great top laner, due to his incredible sustain and his huge range of counters to popular champions.

7. Renekton, the Buchter of the Sands.
Renekton is an extremely strong laner, having huge damage output and sustain with his ultimate, Dominus.
Like Nasus, Renekton is an extremely hard scaler, though not considered OP by most.

8. Yasuo, the Unforgiven
A melee glass cannon of a sort, Yasuo relies on huge damage output rather than tankiness, with the lowering of skill level on Yasuo, Yasuo is once again recommended.

9. Shyvana, the Half-Dragon
Shyvana is a very strong champion who works as both a damage dealer and a tank, her ultimate allows her to temporarily become a super-tank.

10.
Maphite is a strong top laner due to his tanky characteristics as well as teamfight-ready ultimate.

Top 5 Mid Lane Champions

1. Swain, the Master Tactician.
Swain is a powerful champion for a reason, he can boast something few other mid lane champions can; tankiness. When ulting, Swain actually has a little bit of tankiness. Other than that, Swain has powerful non-ultimate abilities.

2.

Talon is currently a very good counter to most mid lanes, his burst damage is very high, and if fed, which is likely, he can really dominate the game.

3. Kayle, the Judicator
Kayle is very strong with her ability to use both ranged and melee ablitlies.

4. Syndra, the Dark Sovereign
Syndra was underpowered on release, now however, she is extremely strong, her ultimate does an immense amount of damage, though extremely squishy, she has an escape mechanic with her E. In the hands of a skilled player, she can get fed easily and will use her passive to devastating effect.

5. Brand, the Burning Vengeance
Brand is an extremely strong champion, his high damage output is bolstered by the insane amount of damage he can do when the enemy is stunned by his Q, his Q, when stunning, can also be use as an escape mechanism.

Ryze up the Ranks!

Ryze up the Ranks!

Today we'll Ryze to the top with Ryze, the Rogue Mage!

Ryze is a very high damage dealing champion, he is really strong against other squishy champions as well.

Lets start off:
Ryze's Passive provides him with extra power.

Ryze's abilities all increase power by the higher his maximum mana is, so rush tear of the goddess.
Ryze's Q, Overload deals an immense amount of damage, provided that your maximum mana is high.

Ryze's W, Rune Prison, is an essential item for both escape and chasing. It can turn the tide of the fight so use it properly!

Ryze's E, Spell Flux, is the weakest of Ryze's spells, max it last.

Ryze's Ultimate, Desperate Power, is very powerful and has a lower cooldown than most ultimates, however, it does not last for long, so make sure you use it at the right time!
